These Terms of Service are owned by Giani Dimitri, who reserves the right to modify such terms at any time and without obligation of notice.
It is your care and duty to keep yourself updated regarding changes to these terms.
These Terms of Service represent the agreement between the purchaser of Magica and Giani Dimitri.
By using the application or subscribing to the Premium service, you understand and accept these Terms of Service.

Description of the service

Magica is an iOS application that allows you to keep track of your car, creating estimates based on the user’s movements and other data entered by the user such as refueling.
These data are used to create statistics, forecasts, and estimates.
Giani Dimitri does not collect these data, which remain stored within the user’s device.
Giani Dimitri assumes no responsibility regarding the data stored and generated by the application.

Use of the service

You may not use Magica for illegal purposes. You may not use Magica to violate any law (including Copyright law).
As a user of the application, you are responsible for all data you enter into the application itself.
Uncivil behavior toward members, developers, or employees of Magica is not permitted; in case of issues, appropriate measures will be taken.
Hacking, modification, or reuse of the application or its associated components is not permitted without the express authorization of Giani Dimitri.

Confidential data

Due to the nature of the application, data tracked, stored, and generated by the application are saved within the application itself.
Giani Dimitri is aware that some of these data may be confidential and therefore they are not collected or sent to any server.
Once the application is deleted or reset, all data will be lost.
Giani Dimitri is not responsible for any data stored within Apple’s servers.

Terms of use of the Magica app

By using the application or subscribing to the Premium service, you accept the Terms of Service.

Warranties and liability

Giani Dimitri does not guarantee:

that the application will not be interrupted, will always be responsive, will always be secure, and will be free of errors/issues;

that the application can solve every problem and meet everyone’s needs;

that the results obtained through the application will always be reliable;

that the application, information, or other services, purchased or not, will meet everyone’s needs;

You understand and accept that Giani Dimitri is not responsible for any problem, incident, consequence, loss of profit, or loss of data in the event of:

use or inability to use the application;

unauthorized access to or alteration of data in the application;

statements or conduct of third-party systems;

other matters related to the application;

Subscription

Magica is a subscription service with a free trial period. Download the app for free and try it without limitations and without having to register. At the end of the trial period, you may choose whether to continue using the application with a subscription or in a limited version.

The information about your data will never be deleted by Magica, regardless of the conditions of your subscription. If you do not have an active subscription, you can continue to use the app in limited mode.

The amount will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off automatic renewal from the iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
